Heather" is a portrait of Heather Hardy, a Boxing World Champion. When we met her, she was a single mom and an up-and-coming professional boxer. Her grit and resilience were inspiring. We spent a day with her and created this short doc. A few years after the making of this film, Heather became the Bantamweight and Featherweight World Champion. This project is my first documentary short film, co-directed with the talented Anh Vu.
